Each Harness Assembly is inspected and tested at in-process and final  using a  FACT Machine.  The FACT Machine is capable of  testing 18000 points concurrently. Our extensive library of mating connectors and  test cables  allows us to perform testing with minimal cost to our customer.  The  following electrical tests are done on each harness assembly :

• Continuity Test (Resistance)
• Insulation Resistance
• Dielectric Withstanding Voltage
