Cicon Engineering was awarded the annual U.S Small Business Administration award for Excellence for 2005. Leonard Manzanares presented the SBA award to Ali Kolahi (Cicon CEO) then Congressman Brad Sherman (27 District, California) presented to Cicon a United States flag.  Also at this ceremony, Mr. Ron Harten (Deputy Director, Lockheed Martin ABL Program) , Michael S. Kerr ( Manager, Contracts & Material Managment) and Dam Pham (Electrical Engineer, ABL Program) presented to Cicon ‘Recognition of Excellent Support’ for the Lockheed Martin ABL program.
